门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合精氨酸治疗肝性脑病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合精氨酸治疗肝性脑病的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的30例肝硬化肝性脑病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各15例,观察组给予门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合精氨酸治疗,对照组仅给予精氨酸静脉滴注,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为93.33%,对照组的总有效率为66.67%,观察组显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合精氨酸能有效纠正肝性脑病,改善肝功能,疗效确切,优于单用精氨酸,且不良反应小,值得临床推荐使用。Objective To explore the door Ornithine Aspartate for Injection combined treatment of hepatic encephalopathy arginine clinical curative effect Methods Will our 30 cases of cirrhosis treated hepatic encephalopathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group the 15 cases,observation group was given Ornithine Aspartate for Injection arginine combined treatment group,only give arginine intravenous drip,and compared between the two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results The observation group total effective rate is 93.33%,the control group total effective rate was 66.67%,the observation group is significantly higher than control group,two groups of comparisons,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Ornithine Aspartate for Injection combined arginine can effectively correct hepatic encephalopathy,improve liver function,curative effect definite,and is superior to use arginine,and less adverse effect,it is worth for clinical use.
