超声引导下穿刺治疗肝脓肿36例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下无菌留置引流导管穿刺治疗肝脓肿的方法和疗效。方法:收治细菌性肝脓肿患者36例,回顾性分析临床资料。结果:所有患者均1次成功置管,并保持引流通畅,术后每天以甲硝唑冲洗两次,患者体温、白细胞迅速降至正常,最终脓腔、临床症状全部治愈。结论:超声引导经皮穿刺置管引流冲洗治疗细菌性肝脓肿具有简便易行、成功率高、患者痛苦少、费用低、疗效好,可以作为临床治疗肝脓肿的首选方法。Objective：to investigate the ultrasound guided percutaneous catheter drainage for treatment of bacterial liver abscess in the methods and curative effect.Methods：a retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2009 January-2012 January,36 cases of bacterial liver abscess in patients with clinical data.Results：all patients were successfully catheterization,and keep the drainage unobstructed,postoperative daily with Flagyl rinse two times,the body temperature of patients,white cells rapidly to normal,eventually pus cavity,clinical symptoms were all cured.Conclusion：ultrasound guided percutaneous catheter drainage for treatment of bacterial liver abscess has the advantages of easy operation,high success rate,less pain for a patient,low cost,good effect,can be used as the preferred method for clinical treatment of liver abscess.
