肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤的CT、MRI表现

摘　　要：目的:总结肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤(AML)的CT和MRI的影像学表现和临床特征。方法:对13例经手术病理证实的肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤进行回顾性分析,并结合文献。结果:13例AML中,右侧9例,左侧4例,CT表现为含脂肪组织的混杂密度影,无强化,1例有出血,MRI在T1WI和T2WI上均为高信号,脂肪抑制序列信号显著降低。结论:CT、MRI检查存在影像表现特点,是临床上最常用的影像学检查方法,并可明确诊断。Objective：To study CT and MRI the maging and the clinical features of adrenal myelolipoma（AML）.Materials and.Methods：13 cases by operation of pathology of adrenal medulla lipoma were retrospectively analyzed,and combining with document.Results：13 cases of AML,CT findings were shown as mixed density mass contaning fatty tissue without enhancenent.9 on the right and 4 on the left side.3 cases of a little strip calcification,1 cases had bleeding,T1WI and T2WI MRI which is high signal,fat inhibit sequence signal significantly reduced.Conclusion：CT,MRI images there expression characteristic,is the most commonly used imaging clinical inspection method,and can clear diagnosis.Key works Adrenal neoplasm Tomography,X-ray computed Magnetic resonance imagine（MRI）
