摘  要:有机磷类农药由于高效、快速、广谱等特点,因而一直在农药中占有很重要的位置,对世界农业的发展起了很重要的作用。但随着这些有机磷类农药的广泛使用,暴露出了很多问题,如高残留、毒性强等,尤其在环保意识日益增强的今天,引起了人们的高度重视。随着人们对有机磷农药及其残留的认识,对它进行检测的各种方法也就应运而生,尤其是各种快速测定方法近年来得到了广泛的应用,它对绿色食品的鉴定及环境、纺织品监测有着重要意义。本文介绍了几种常用的有机磷农药检测方法,分别对其特点进行了讨论。综合各种方法的特点及发展趋势来看,气相色谱-质谱联用技术是今后发展的方向。Due to the high efficiency, fast, and broad spectrum characteristics, the Organophosphate pesticide has a very important poisition in pesticide occupies, and plays a vital role in the development of the world agriculture. But it also exposed a lot of problems, such as high residue, strong toxicity, etc. , it drawn a great attention in environmental awareness growing today. Along with the people to the organophosphorus pesticide and its residual understanding, to test various methods also arises at the historic moment, especially all kinds of rapid determination method is widely used in recent years, it of green food in the identification and environment, the textiles monitoring has important significance. There is introduces some commonly used organophosphorus pesticide detection methods, respectively to its characteristics are discussed. Integrated all sorts of method of characteristics and development trend, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology is the direction of development in the future.
