一次性单向阀硅胶负压吸引球在妇科恶性肿瘤手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨一次性单向阀硅胶负压吸引球在妇科恶性肿瘤手术中的应用。方法选取安徽省立医院妇科2011年8月-2012年1月同组医师进行的妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者44例。随机将患者分为观察组及对照组,其中观察组(一次性单向阀硅胶负压吸引球组)22例,对照组(常规缝合组)22例,分析两组患者的临床资料,比较两组患者切口愈合情况。结果观察组患者均无脂肪液化、感染、切口裂开等愈合不良,切口甲级愈合,外观平坦美观。对照组中切口裂开行二次缝合1例,脂肪液化6例,均行中药外敷后好转。统计学分析显示两组患者关腹时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),脂肪液化率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在切口裂开率中两组患者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇科恶性肿瘤患者应用一次性单向阀硅胶负压引流球可有效预防切口脂肪液化;显著缩短关腹时间,切口愈合美观,是值得推广应用的新方法。Objective To investigate the application of the vacuum suction rubber ball in the operation for gynecological ma- lignant tumors. Methods Total 44 cases of gynecological malignant tumors in Anhui Provincial Hospital conducted from August 2011 to January 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. The ppatients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The 22 cases in the observation group used vacuum suction ball in abdominal incision, while the 22 cases in the control group were operated as usual. The concrescence of abdominal incision and the clinical data were analyzed. Results No fat lique- faction, infection, wound dehiscence and so on were observed in observation group. In control group, 1 case with wound dehiscence and was sutured again ,6 cases with fat liquefaction and were dealt with traditional Chinese medicine. The closed abdominal time of two groups has significant differences （ P = 0.002 〈 0.01 ）. There was significant difference（ P = 0.021 〈 0.05 ） in fat liquefaction rate, but no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） in the rate of wound dehiscence between the two groups. Conclusion Vacuum suction ball can effectively prevent the fat liquefaction in wound, shorten the time of suture in patients undergoing the operation for gynecological malignant tumors.
