摘　　要：目的探讨12 mm直径的食管支架治疗食管癌放疗后狭窄的疗效和并发症的发生情况。方法 62例食管癌放疗后狭窄患者随机分为A组(32例)和B组(30例),分别置入12 mm直径和16 mm直径CZES型食管支架治疗,术后随访半年,比较两组疗效和并发症的发生情况。结果两组进食均得到明显改善,两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组患者支架置入后胸痛发生率和疼痛程度明显低于B组(P<0.01),两组患者术后支架阻塞与再狭窄、支架移位与脱落、大出血、穿孔等并发症的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 12 mm直径食管支架治疗食管癌放疗后狭窄疗效好,疼痛并发症轻。Objective To comment on the efficacy and complication of 12 mm esophageal stent in patients with malignant e- sophageal stricture after radiotherapy. Methods Total 62 patients with malignant esophageal stricture after radiotherapy were di- vided into group A（ 32 examples） and group B（30 examples） randomly, 12 mm and 16 mm stents were implanted in patients of group A and group B, The efficacy and complication were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups, however, the probability and grade of ache in group A were obviously lower than those in group B. Conclusion The efficacy of 12 mm stent for the malignant esophageal stricture after radiotherapy is good,with mild ache complication.
