摘  要:目的在门诊糖尿病患者的护理中融入个体化健康教育模式,对进一步提高门诊糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选择2010年1月-2011年1月在门诊就诊的糖尿病患者176例,将176例糖尿病患者,按就诊的单双号分为实验组和对照组,各88例。两组均采用常规教育。而实验组在常规教育的基础上采用一对一个体化健康教育模式。对两组患者治疗依从性及血糖控制情况进行比较。结果实验组治疗依从性﹑血糖控制有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化健康教育可显著提高糖尿病患者的治疗依从性﹑血糖控制有效率。门诊易于开展。Objective To investigate the effect of individualized health education on the treatment compliance in outpatients with diabetes mellitus. Methods All 176 outpatients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were observed. The patients were divided into experimental group(88 cases) and control group (88 cases) by their turn in treat- ment( odd and even number). Both groups were given conventional care. The experimental group was given individualized health. After the follow up of 3 and 6 months, the difference in the treatment compliance and blood sugar level between two groups was e- valuated. Results There was significant difference in treatment compliance and blood sugar levels between two groups ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The individualized health education can significantly improve the treatment compliance and hypoglycemic effect of diabetic patients. Individual health education in the outpatient is easy to carry out in clinical practice.
