摘　　要：浙江丽水小微企业遭受的挫折表明，政府对小微企业的支持不在于给多少钱，给多少地，而在于为其营造一个安心创业、公平竞争的制度环境。Setbacks of Zhejiang Lishui small and micro enterprises show that government's support for small and micro enterprises does not matter in how much money the government giving or how much land giving to them, but in that wether the government can create a environment with safe entrepreneurship and fair competition system or not.
