高效液相色谱法测定可乐饮料中食品添加剂的含量

摘　　要：介绍了用液相色谱分析可乐饮料中食品添加剂即咖啡因、磷酸、苯甲酸的方法 ,并用此方法定量分析了可乐饮料中的食品添加剂 ,实验表明该方法具有操作简便、快速、干扰因素小、灵敏度高、重现性好 。A liquid chromatorgraphic method using coke drinks of food additive caffeine,benzoic acid and phosphate.Determination of caffeine analytes by using ODS C18 column,methanol/acetitrile/water(29∶31∶40) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and UV detaction was at 286 nm.The benzoic acid was analyzed by using ODS C18 column,eluent was methanol/ammonium acetate(5∶95),UV detection was used at 225 nm.These method possesses the advantages of easy operatiopn,effective separation,good reproducibility and satisfactiory linear range.
