摘  要:研究了X射线荧光能谱法测定金含量的不确定度来源,探讨了测量不确定度的评定过程与步骤。结果显示,该方法测量结果的不确定度主要与测量系统有关,主要的不确定度分量有标准物质的给定值与误差、仪器的分辨率。计算了各个变量的不确定度,得出了检测结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。使测量结果更具有科学性,从而能够规范、定量地进行产品合格判定。A procedure for evaluation of the uncertainty of the measurement results of gold content by EDXRF was developed. The concrete evaluation process was discussed. The results showed that the main factors of uncertainty is related to the measurement system, including the given value and error of the standard sample. Some data were collected in the procedure of analyzing the gold sample and the various uncertainties in measurement were calculated. The combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables. It can make the analytic results more scientific and provid a technical guarantee to evaluation of products qualification.
