摘　　要：回顾了与《实验室研究与探索》共同走过的30年历程与感悟,结合多年来从事实验室工作的实践和体会,从办刊理念、定位、作用、成效以及特点等方面对该刊进行了评价,并就新形势下如何办好学术期刊进行了思考,提出了值得关注的若干问题。Reviewing the course and apperception of 30 years together with RESEARCH AND EXPLORATION IN LABORATORY,the author evaluated major feature of this journal about idea,positioning,function and results in combining with his working practice and experiences in laboratory for many years,and think about the question how to run a journal successfully under the new situation,at last put forward several worth-concerning problems.
