摘  要:为了让学生融会贯通掌握生物基础课程的实验方法,提高大学生的科技创新能力,建立了设计性生物工程综合实验课程。以"L-天冬酰胺酶在大肠杆菌中克隆与表达"作为实验课程题目,每个学生首先查阅文献,理解相关的实验原理并独立设计实验方案;随后每个学生按照自己制订的计划开展课程中每步实验,交流实验结果并提出试验改进方法;整个实验过程中,学生对科学研究的主动性,探索精神与创造性得到了充分的发挥。教学实践表明:以科研课题的方式让学生去独立完成整个实验,可有效培养学生科技创新能力,这对老师如何指导学生进行该类实验课程提供了有益的教学参考。To acquaint undergraduates with experimental technology of biological foundation courses and train their scientific and technological innovation ability, a design-oriented and comprehensive teaching experiment of bioengineering was set up. Cloning and expression in Escherichia coli of L-asparaginase was used as the course content. First, each student should read a variety of reference materials, understand the related experimental theory and write the outline of his own experimental design. Secondly, each student should conduct the experiment according to his own schedule, communicate with others his research results and propose improved experimental method by himself. During the course, each student fully exerted his subjective initiative, explorative spirit and creative consciousness. Teaching practice showed that doing independent research project could effectively help undergraduates cultivate their creative ability in the academic disciplines as they were involved in the full process of research. This paper provides useful information for teachers who will supervise undergraduates learning the same course.
