网上竞价在高校设备采购中的实践和思考

摘　　要：运用网上竞价采购方式,通常能够取得比较好的总成本节约。目前,不少高校正在尝试采用网上竞价采购方式来降低采购成本,节省开支。本文从高校设备采购的现状出发,阐述了我校设备采购中网上竞价的技术思路,并对其在实施过程中应该考虑的问题给予了较为详细的论述。According to statistics,online bidding in procurement of equipment in universities can usually save the total cost.Therefore,it has been very widely used in many universities in recent years.This paper,in view of the present situation in equipment procurement,described the online bidding technology,ideas,and implementation process in East China Normal University.
