摘 要:目的:建立超高效液相色谱测定肉制品中喹乙醇的方法。方法:采用5%甲醇作为提取液,OasisHLB固相萃取小柱净化进行样品前处理,超高效液相色谱-紫外检测器测定。色谱柱XTerra Ms C18 3.5μm×2.1 mm×100 mm,流速:0.3 ml/min,流动相:甲醇∶水=10∶90,柱温30℃,检测波长260 nm,进样量:10μl。结果:喹乙醇方法检出限0.04 mg/kg,在0 mg/L~10.0 mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9992。方法平均回收率为85.9%,RSD为4.2%。结论:本方法适用于肉制品中喹乙醇的测定。Objective:Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography(UPLC) method was developed for determination of olaquindox residue in meat products. Methods: The target analyte was extracted from samples with 5 % methanol, purified with Oasis HLB SPE column, and determined by UPLA. Chromatographic column: XTerra Ms C18 3.5 μm ×2.1 mm × 100 mm, flow rate : 0.3 ml/min, mobile phase : methanol: water = 10: 90, colunm temperature: 30℃, detection wavelength: 260 nm, injection volume: 10 μl. Results: The detection limit was 0.04 mg/kg. The linearity ranged from 0 to 10 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9992. The average recovery was 85.9% , RSD was 4.2%. Conclusion: The method was suitable for determination of olaquindox residue in meat products.
