摘 要:目的:了解2010年许昌市食品污染物中铅、镉、汞的污染状况。方法:在许昌市五县一区大型超市以购买的方式采集7类食品,共210份样品,经消化用原子吸收法测定铅、镉、汞的含量。结果:本市7类食品中有几类食品有不同程度的重金属污染。其中铅的超标率为5.7%,主要受铅污染的食品是蔬菜、粮食加工品及食用菌。检出的镉的超标率达8.5%,受污染的食品多集中在食用菌,也有少量猪肝。鱼类及食用菌中的汞检出率最高。结论:许昌市部分食品确有不同程度的污染,环境污染是引起食品中重金属超标的主要原因。Objective:To understand the situation of lead,cadmium,mercury pollution in food in Xuchang city in 2010.Methods: 210 food samples in 7 kinds were bought from supermarkets in 5 counties and 1 district for determination of lead,cadmium and mercury levels by atomic absorption method.Results: Heavy metal pollution was found to various degrees in some food.The over-limit rate of lead was 5.7%,mainly in vegetables,grain products and edible fungus.The over-limit rate of cadmium was 8.5%,mainly in edible fungus and less in pork liver.Mercury was found high level in fish and edible fungus.Conclusion: In Xuchang city,heavy metal pollution showed different degrees in some food,environmental pollution was the main cause of excess heavy metal levels in food.
