摘  要:采用激光粒度分布仪、扫描电镜、环刀法和压力膜等方法,研究了鲁南苏北几种粉煤灰的理化特性和矿物学行为。结果表明,粉煤灰颗粒粒径分布以粗粉粒(10~50μm)和中粒粉(5~10μm)为主,分别占46%~72%和20%~45%;松散堆积密度平均为0.538 g/m3;pH值大于10.0。粉煤灰矿物组成以玻璃质结构为主,内含小部分晶体矿物,主要结晶态矿物是莫来石(Al6Si2O13)、石英(SiO2)、赤铁矿(α-Fe2O3)、磁铁矿(Fe3O4)以及微量的石灰(CaO)和金云母(KMg3(Si3Al)O10(OH)2)等,其中SiO2和Al2O3的含量分别为43.9%~55.1%和25.4%~34.6%。粉煤灰的凋萎系数在6.2%~7.2%,有效水范围为54.8%~56.7%,具有较高的保水性能。粉煤灰表面粗糙,有较大的流动涩性,滑动能力差。管道压力随着距泵出口距离的增加而降低。含水率在45%~60%范围内,物料流动顺畅,泵运行平稳,管路振动小,粉煤灰浆料可以通过泵进行管道输送。Physical-chemical properties and mineralogical behavior of fly ash in South Shandong and North Jiangsu was investigated by laser particle size distribution analyzer, scanning electron microscopy, cutting ring and pressure film. The results showed that the particle size distribution of fly ash mainly compose of coarse silt (10 - 50 I^m) and medium-grained powder (5 ~ 10 μm), accounting for 46% to 72% and from 20% to 45% respectively. Bulk density of fly ash is smaller, average bulk density of 0.538 g/cm3; and the pH value is more than 10.0. Mineral composition of Fly ash is the glassy structure mainly including a small part of crystal minerals, such as mullite (Al6Si2O13), quartz (SiO2), hematite (α-Fe2O3), magnetite (Fe3O4), as well as trace amounts of lime (CaO) and phlogopite(KMg3(Si3Ai)O10(OH)2, etc., in which the content of SiO2and Al2O3 were 43.9% to 55.1% and 25.4% to 34.6% respectively. The results also showed that fly ash has a high water- retaining capacity which wilting coefficient keeping from 6.2% to 7.2%, and the effective water ranging from 54.8% to 56.7%. The fly ash has bad sliding ability because of rough surface. The pipe press decreases as the distance between the materials and the pump increases. The best pipe transport state is obtained when the moisture content is in the range of 45% - 60%.
