摘　　要：经理信息系统 (ExecutiveInformationSystem ,EIS)作为企业高层管理人员直接使用的信息系统 ,用以支持高层管理人员对企业内、外部信息的查询分析 .然而 ,目前的EIS因没有稳定的数据基础而没有发挥出它应有的作用 .在继承以往基于改造管理信息系统建造EIS思路基础上 ,引入面向主题的数据组织方法 ,构造了以EIS主题数据库为核心的EIS面向主题的数据分析环境 ,它为EIS查询分析提供了较稳定的数据基础 .还基于 863重点课题———二道河农场CIMS应用示范工程 ,介绍了面向主题的农场营销厂长信息系统中主题的确定和表示 .Executive Information System (EIS) is directly by executives to query and analyze interior and exterior information but the current EISs are not working properly for lack of sound data and information. Bearing in mind those problems, efforts were made to find a solution by designing an EIS structure. Building EIS by transforming MIS, using subject oriented data organization and referring to the data warehouse technology, and sets up subject oriented data analysis environment suitable for the information query and analysis in EIS. Finally, as an example, the subjects and their presentation was given out, which is for Grain Marketing EIS of the Er Dao He Farm CIMS Exemplary Application, one of the 863 major projects.
