摘 要:采用专一性壳聚糖内切酶(eCSN)法降解制备低分散度水溶性壳聚糖,并对其特性进行表征,然后通过离子交联法制备乌苯美司-壳聚糖纳米微粒,以激光纳米粒度测定仪测其纳米粒径。所制备的低分散度水溶性壳聚糖水分含量为8.02%,脱乙酰度高达94.6%,粘均分子量为4.3×104,分散度(Pd)为1.06;将其作为药用辅料制备的乌苯美司-壳聚糖纳米微粒分散性好,粒径范围为200~360nm,包封率和载药量高,具有明显的缓释作用,可作为优质功能性药用辅料,应用前景广阔。The low dispersion water-soluble chitosan was produced by the eCSN enzymolysis. Then it could be developed into Ubenimex-chitosan nano microspheres by ion crosslinking method in pharmaceutica excipients. The low dispersion water-soluble chitosan's moisture content was 8. 02%, deacelation degree was up to 94. 6%, molecular weight was 4. 3 × 104 , dispersion was 1.06. The particle size of Ubenimex chitosan nano microspheres was 200-- 360nm, higher entrapment efficiency and drug loading, impressive controlled release effect. The low dispersion water- soluble chitosan have a wide prospect of application in pharmaceutica excipients by enzymolysis.
