摘 要:对现场采集的拜耳法赤泥和烧结法赤泥进行了XRD、颗粒度、物理力学和水力学等方面的试验,得到了两种赤泥在矿物组成、颗粒结构、力学强度等方面的基本物化特性。结果表明,两种赤泥内水赋存的形式与硅酸盐水泥水化产物中C-S-H凝胶中水的存在状态大致相同,而拜耳法赤泥对水的敏感程度要大于烧结法赤泥;并且拜耳法赤泥具有更优的细度和分散性;两种材料的主要矿相类别有很大的不同;烧结法赤泥的强度性能和渗透性均高于拜耳法赤泥。针对不同种类赤泥的特性,提出了初步的综合利用措施。A series of tests such as XRD, granularity determination, shear strength and hydraulic features were carried out to the Bayer red mud and sintering red mud which were field collected, the mineral composition, granule structure and mechanical strength were obtained about the two kinds of red mud. The result shows that the water occur- rence within these two kinds of red mud are very similar to that within C-S-H gelatin of portland cement, and the sensiti vity to water of Bayer red mud is higher than that of sintering red mud, also the fineness and dispersion of Bayer red mud is better. The basic mineral types of these two kinds of red mud are different, the shear strength and hydraulic conduci- vity of sintering red mud are higher than those of Bayer red mud. According to the different properties of red mud, preli- minary rtilization measures are presented.
