吉兰泰杜氏盐藻中营养成分的分析

摘　　要：本文介绍了杜氏盐藻的生理生态特征 ,对其主要营养成分进行了定量分析 .结果表明 :吉兰泰杜氏盐藻中蛋白质含量高达 2 9.4 %,脂肪和糖的含量较低 ,盐藻中还含有甘油、膳食纤维及丰富的矿物质和维生素等营养成分 .In this paper,physiological and ecological characteristics of Dunaliella salina are presented in brief.Main nutrient compositions of Dunaliella salina have been analyzed.Results show that the protein content in it reaches 29.4% while its carbohydrate content and fat content both turn out to be lower.Other nutrient compositions contained in Dunaliella salina are glycerol,dietary fibre,minerals,vitamins,etc.This study provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization of the resources of Dunaliella salina.
