高压氧联合强的松治疗15例丛集性头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察高压氧联合强的松治疗丛集性头痛的疗效,以供临床参考。方法选择30例丛集性头痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成两组各15例,均给予口服强的松治疗。其中观察组患者在此基础上进行高压氧治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效的差异。结果经过10d的治疗后,两组患者较治疗前均有不同程度的好转,其中观察组患者VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合强的松可有效缓解疼痛,是临床治疗丛集性头痛的有效方案,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen prednisone in treatment of cluster headache for clinical reference. Methods 30 cases of cluster headache patients were chosen as research subjects, and dividing into two groups with each group 15 cases in accordance with the random number table, and giving them oral prednisone. The patients in the observation group had the high-pressure oxygen therapy so that we can observe the difference between the two groups. Results After 10 days of treatment, two groups of patients are all getting better in some extent, the observation group patients with VAS scores were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen prednisone can effectively relieve pain, is an effective program of clinical treatment of cluster headache, and should be widely applied.
