西瓜霜喷雾剂联合利多卡因治疗儿童口腔溃疡的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察西瓜霜喷雾剂联合利多卡因治疗儿童口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法将口腔溃疡患儿93例随机分为两组,对照组采用传统冰硼散局部涂撒治疗,治疗组用2%的利多卡因涂抹于溃疡面,并用西瓜霜喷雾剂喷撒于溃疡面治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为95.7%,对照组为80.9%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西瓜霜喷雾剂联合利多卡因治疗儿童口腔溃疡,疗效明显,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiguashuang spray combined with lidocaine to treat chi1dren with oral ulcer.Methods 93 chi1dren patients with oral ulcer were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given Binpengsan only,the treatment group was given Xiguashuang spray combined with lidocaine.Results The total effective rate of the two groups were 95.7%,80.9% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Xiguashuang spray combined with lidocaine to treat chi1dren with oral ulcer was significant,worthy of clinical application.
