摘 要:目的开展优质护理服务示范工程活动,以患者为中心,落实基础护理职责,提高患者对护士的满意度。方法通过完善科室规章制度和修订护理常规,落实基础护理职责;深化"以患者为中心"理念,实行弹性排班制及责任制整体护理,优化护士绩效考核方案,提高护士待遇,调动护士的积极性。采用自制的调查问卷比较活动实施前后患者满意度情况。结果活动实施后住院患者满意度由91.0%提升到98.5%。结论重视并落实基础护理,通过持续的质量改进,有利于提高护理服务质量,提高患者的满意度。Objective Carrying out the demonstration project of high-quality care,making the patient centered, fulfillment of the basic nurse responsibility,to improve patient satisfaction for nurses. Methods By improving division's rules and revise the nursing routine,deepening the concept of"patient-centered", performing scheduling flexible and holistic nursing care responsibility,optimizing nurses' performance assessment examination,to improve the nurse's treatment,raise the nurses' activeness.To compare the patients' satisfactions of anterior-posterior activities through the questionnaire. Results After the activities, patient' satisfactions increased to 98.5% from 91.0%. Conclusion Carrying out the basic nursing care may help to improve the nursing quality and the patient satisfaction.
