摘　　要：本院通过制定培训目标,完善课程设置及岗前培训等手段,建立了导医入职健康管理中心的规范化培训制度,实现了导医岗位的合理配置,全面提高了人员岗位适应能力,促进了科室与个人发展。Our hospital established a normalized training system tor pauent center by formulating training objective, perfecting curriculum course and pre - post training measures. The system has achieved the rational allocation of patient guider personnel, improved the adapting capability of the personnel, and promoted the development of the department and individual.
