摘　　要：介绍了Bragg光栅在光子集成器件中的应用、对光栅占空比的控制及光栅对器件的影响。研制出了 1.5μm和 1.3μmMQW DFB激光器 ,其边模抑制比 >35dB ,kL >3,单模成品率 >90 %Applications of Bragg grating in photonic integrated devices are introduced. The control of grating duty factor and its affections on device performance are investigated. Multi quantum well (MQW) distributed feedback (DFB) lasers emitting at 1.3μm and 1.5μm with the side mode suppression ratio (SMSR) over 35 dB, the coupling strength κL over 3 and the single mode yield over 90% are also reported.
