摘  要:以减小螺旋桨激励的艇体声辐射为研究目标,以降低经推力轴承传递至艇体的激励力的传递率为立足点,对推进轴系系统进行了三处改进设计。在校核和分析改进设计的可行性后,应用FEM/BEM在模态空间求解推进轴系改进设计前后螺旋桨激励力引起的艇体辐射声场,研究表明,螺旋桨轴向激励力是艇体低频辐射声场的重要激励源。在推进轴系上加装轴向减振器和推力轴承隔振器,并改用单支撑自调心推力轴承,可有效衰减力传递率,进而使螺旋桨激励的艇体辐射噪声得到一定程度的控制。A major source of radiated noise of hull at low frequencies is the oscillating force of propeller, resulting from non-uniform of wake in stem. This research concentrates on minimizing oscillating force transmitted to hull and attenuating acoustic radiation of hull by means of redesign of propulsion shafting. The effectiveness of the redesign is verified at aspects of static deformation, intensity and vibration characteristic. To improve the efficiency of evaluating acoustic radiation of hull at the excitation of propeller, FEM/BEM approach is used in modal space. By comparing the results with and without the implement, it is illustrated that there is a certain acoustic reduction. With the application of damper, vibration isolator and self-aligning thrust bearing, the oscillating force transmitted through thrust bearing to hull is minimized to some extent.
