浙江促进大型科学仪器设备共享政策的探讨——基于浙沪渝闽的比较

摘　　要：合理健全的立法框架体系是实现科技资源共享的基本保障。通过比较浙沪渝闽促进大型科学仪器设备共享政策,浙江可以借鉴沪渝闽的经验,在推进大型科学仪器设备协作共用的管理规定、新购大型科学仪器设备联合评议办法和入网仪器设备对外服务绩效考评办法等方面加以改进。Rational and healthy legislative framework is the priority of accomplishing the share of scientific and technological resources. Comparing the policies of sharing the large scientific equipments in Zhejiang, Shanghai, Chongqing and Fujian, it is found that Zhejiang can learn the experience from Shanghai, Chongqing and Fujian, improving itself in the management of sharing large scientific equipments, the assessment of newly bought large scientific equipments and the evaluation of the equipment service on line.
