不同厂家生产的Al—Cr中间合金作为原材料熔铸生产工艺研究

摘　　要：介绍了厂家甲生产N／Al-Cr中间合金与厂家乙生产的Al-Cr中间合金在外形、显微组织及使用到7075合金中Cr的实收率等方面进行了对比，分析讨论了使用两个不同厂家生产的Al-Cr中间合金生产工艺对7075合金铸锭质量的影响，根据各项分析结果得出了初步结论。In this paper, two kinds of Al-Cr master alloy produced by different manufacturer are compared on the appearance, microstructures and actual yield of Cr in the 7075 alloy. The effect of these two Al-Cr master alloys on the quality of 7050 ingot is discussed. The preliminary conclusions are drawn by analysis of the experimental results.
