综合性高等艺术院校艺术管理人才培养的课程及实践教学体系构建

摘　　要：国内七所综合性高等艺术院校中,艺术管理专业作为新兴专业,通过近十余年的探索与改革,发展与创新,逐步形成了较为成熟的人才培养模式,围绕构建人才的"金字塔"式能力结构展开,在夯实专业知识基础之上,以培养人才的实践能力为核心,主要在课程体系和实践教学体系进行完善,培养出复合型的艺术管理人才。Arts administration is new specialty in domestic seven integrated art colleges. It has gradually formed mature talents training mode in more than ten years exploration and reform, development and innovation. It is around building ＂pyramid＂ structure ability of the talents to training. Compacted professional knowledge is the base ,and training practical ability of talents as the core, strengthening art ability of talents, carrying out project teaching, strengthening internal and external practices, expanding professional orientation courses, being perfect in curriculum and practice teaching system, which can train the complex arts administration talents.
