摘　　要：整合素介导细胞与细胞外基质、细胞与细胞间的黏附作用,其在肿瘤细胞中表达异常,与肿瘤耐药、血管生成、侵袭转移等相关。对整合素的深入研究可为肿瘤的诊治提供新的思路。Integrin is a class of adhesion molecules which take inter-cellular adhesion and mediate the cell-extracellular matrix and cell-cell interactions.Abnormal expression of integrin in multiple tumors is releated to the drug resistance,angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis of tumors.Further study of integrin will provide a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
