摘　　要：牙龈卟啉单胞菌是公认的牙周重要的致病菌,其分泌的牙龈蛋白酶R是其主要的毒力因子之一。蛋白酶激活受体是一种可识别多种分子的跨膜蛋白,牙龈蛋白酶R通过激活该受体在牙周炎的发生发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。本文就牙龈蛋白酶R和蛋白酶激活受体组成和生物学特性,牙龈蛋白酶R对蛋白酶激活受体的激活作用等研究进展作一综述。Porphyromonas gingivalis is recognized as major periodontal pathogens, and can produce gingipain R as one of the main virulence factors. Protease activated receptor is a kind of trans-membrane protein which can recog- nize many pathogen associated molecular patterns, which can be activated by gingipain R, that is very important in the occurrence and development of periodontitis. This article will review the lasted researches on the composition and biological activities of gingipain R and protease activated receptor, and the role of gingipain R and protease activated receptors in periodontitis.
