摘　　要：牙外伤是儿童口腔科的常见病。年轻恒牙由于牙根尚未发育完成,外伤时容易发生移位,正确的固定技术是保证治疗成功率的关键。近年来以粘接技术为基础的弹性固定已经逐渐取代了传统的结扎坚固固定。本文就各种牙外伤固定治疗方法及其临床效果作一综述。Traumatic injury of teeth is a common disease in clinic of pediatric dentistry, which often results in the dislocation of young permanent tooth for its immature root. Correct fix technique is the key to insure the successful rate of root development of traumatic young permanent teeth. In recent years, elastic fixations which focus on adhesive technique have gradually replaced the traditional ligation strong fixation. The objective of this article is to review the various treatment methods of the traumatized teeth and its clinical results.
