摘　　要：大学图书馆员应该树立"师生第一,服务至上"的思想。目前,高校图书馆馆员素质的现状不容乐观,在这个知识与信息不断发展、更新的年代,提高大学图书馆馆员的素质具有深远的意义,大学图书馆提高馆员素质的重要途径来源于馆员们平常的点点滴滴的工作。The staff in the library should show responsibity towards serving the teachers and the students first. At present, the staff in the library don＇t enchance the qulaity of themselves step by step. In the twenty-first century, it is full of knowledge and information. It is urgent that the staff should improve themselves and study further. They improve themselvs by the work and labour they do in their daily life.
