26例牙周病致前牙移位的正畸治疗体会

摘　　要：目的深入研究口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2009年7月～2011年9月收治的26例牙周病致前牙移位患者,均在给予牙周病治疗的基础上采用口腔正畸治疗方法治疗前牙移位。结果所有26例患者均顺利按疗程完成治疗,治疗后26例患者牙齿均恢复至正常位置、排列恢复整齐、松动度下降,患者上下齿咬合明显得到改善,牙周膜的间隙也已恢复正常,牙齿美观度得到提高。结论对牙周病患者采用口腔正畸治疗方式治疗,可有效缓解患者的牙周局部环境,实现对患者牙周炎的控制,并重新对患者牙列进行排序将其排列整齐、恢复患者牙齿咬合能力、提高患者牙齿美观度,且具有效果稳定、持久等优势,具有较好的临床推广前景。Objective To lucubrate the clinical therapeutic effects of orthodontic treatment for periodontal diseases with anterior displaced incisors. Methods In our hospital from July 2009 to September 2011, 26 periodontal patients with ante- rior displaced incisors were selected and treated with orthodontic treatment based on treatment for periodontal disease. Results All. of 26 patients successfully completed the treatment;after the treatment, 26 patients＇ incisors recovered to the normal positions and were arranged well, the loosening degrees were decreased, the articulations between upper and lower teeth were improved significantly, periodontal membrane space also returned to normal, and the tooth appearances were improved. Conclusion Treating patients with periodontal disease with orthodontic treatment can effectively improve the pe- riodontal environments, control the periodontitis, re-line the teeth up in order, recover the dental occlusion and improve the dental appearances in the patients, and has advantages of stable and lasting effects and so on, thus, it has good clinical prospect.
