护理干预对肝癌放置门静脉化疗泵术后的疗效影响

摘　　要：目的探讨门静脉置泵化疗在肝癌患者中的临床效果,以期为临床工作提供理论依据。方法收集78例肝癌患者,随机分为两组,观察组39例,使用KL-Ⅱ型皮下埋植式给药装置进行化疗,同时进行规范护理。对照组39例应用全身化疗,并进行规范的护理。观察两组临床和护理效果。结果观察组患者的化疗总有效率明显优于对照组,1年生存率明显提高,患者的癌性疲溃感明显降低,观察组治疗期间的焦虑情绪明显低于对照组,患者的满意率明显高于对照组。结论应用门静脉置入化疗泵对肝癌术后患者的治疗作用明显,可以提高生存率,降低患者的疲溃感,降低患者的焦虑情绪,提高患者对治疗的满意率,临床治疗中可以积极应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect in liver carcinoma patients by placed portal vein chemotherapy pump after surgery, for providing help in clinic. Methods Seventy-eight patients with liver cancer were divided into two groups. The control group（39 cases） were treated by surgery, chemotherapy（intravenous injection） and normal nursing, the observation group （39 cases） were treated by surgery, portal vein chemotherapy pump （KL-II） and normal nursing after sugery. Results The total efficiency and I year survival rate were obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group. The carcinomatous lassitude and anxiety emotion were lower in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion The treatment of vein chemotherapy can improve the curative effect, increase survival rate and satisfac- tion rate, decrease the carcinomatous lassitude and anxiety emotion, is worthy of being recommended in clinical work.
