摘　　要：胃癌由于其患病率高、预后差和有限的治疗选择等,在当今仍然是全球范围内一个重要的临床挑战。除了遗传学改变外,表观遗传学改变在人类恶性肿瘤的发生和发展中也发挥了重要作用。近年来,抑癌基因的甲基化状态与胃癌的关系一直是国内外研究的热点。随着研究的不断深入,目前这些知识已经对胃癌的预防、诊断和治疗产生了重要影响。Gastric cancer remains an important clinical challenge in today＇s global range, because of its high prevalence, poor prognosis and limited treatment options. In addition to genetics, epigenetics has also played an important role in oc- currence and development of human malignant tumor. In recent years, the relationship between tumor suppressor gene methylation status and gastric cancer has been a research hotspot. With the deepening of the research, the knowledge has produced important influence on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
