摘  要:美国大学学生对教师的评价由来已久。在学生评价教学的组织和实施过程中,形成了学评教的工具和量表。美国大学学评教的特点:一是“全”;二是注重细节;三是强调“学”和评价“学”;四是多样性。借鉴美国大学学评教的实践经验,特别是评价原则、评价理论、评价方法和评价工具,对于促进提高教育教学质量,深化教学改革十分必要。It has been for a long practice that college students in the United btates assess melr teachers. In the process of organizing and executing the students' assessment of teaching, there are some tools and rating scales. As for the students' assessment of teaching in U. S. universities, there are several characteristics: firstly, the assessment is complete; secondly, it focuses on details; thirdly, it makes an emphasis on learning and learning assessment; fourthly, it is various. Therefore, there is a need to study the experience of the U.S. universities in students' assessment of teaching, especially their assessment principles, theories, methods and tools, which are useful in helping improve the teach- ing quality of China' s universities and deepening the teaching reform.
