摘 要:提出了一种模拟软组织变形的实时有限元新算法。该算法成功地扩展了实时有限元法 ,使之能够处理手术中经常发生的软组织非线性变形和拓扑变化 ,从而为手术模拟提供了更好的物理真实感。通过划分手术区域和非手术区域 ,在其中分别采用不同的有限元模型 ,同时利用预处理方法 ,使混合模型的有限元方程的阶数大为降低 ,以至可以做到实时处理。本文给出了该算法在二维情况下的应用实例 ,验证了新算法的有效性。In this paper,we present a new real time FEM algorithm for the deformation of soft tissues. That extends the real time FEM for surgery simulation in two ways. Firstly,it can deal with non linear deformation of soft tissues without increasing much computation;secondly,it handles topology changes caused by surgery operations without need of solving the global FEM equations over the whole body. We propose a hybrid FE model of soft tissues,in which patient's body is divided into two parts according to the surgery plan,called operation part and non operation,respectively. The real time interaction and physical realism are both realized because the non linear deformation and topology changes of soft tissues are treated by the hybrid FE model only in operation part and the computation for non operation part is removed to a pre process. We have implemented the new algorithm and obtained satisfied results in 2D cases.
