摘　　要：人才培养模式的改革与创新是培养高素质应用型人才的关键。从应用型本科高校人才培养的目标、课程体系、实践体系、评价体系与保障体系等方面,详细阐述了如何构建融通识教育、专业教育、职业生涯教育"三位一体"的"GPC"人才培养模式。The reform of training model is to meet the demand of cultivating applied talents. On the basis of analyzing the aim of training , the curriculum system , the practice teaching system, the evaluation system and the security system, the paper discussed how to construct a comprehensive GPC training model combing the general education and the professional education with the vocational education.
