摘 要:水体富营养化严重影响水体的生态平衡,给经济发展带来了巨大的损失.针对富营养化水体生物修复过程中,对有害藻类的控制,从哈尔滨师范大学池塘里采集水样,对水样进行分析处理、经分离纯化后,得到5株溶藻细菌,编号为R1、R2、R3、R4、R5.通过菌落和个体形态的观察、革兰氏染色、生理生化试验和生长曲线的测定,对这5株菌进行初步的鉴定,研究结果为溶藻细菌控藻效果的进一步探究奠定了理论基础.Eutrophication severely affects the ecological balance of water, which has brought great losses to economic development. In order to control detrimental algae during bioremediation of eutrophic water, water samples were collected from the pools of Harbin Normal University. After analysis, processing and purification, five strains of bacteria were isolated, named R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 respectively. Through observation on colonial and individual morphology, gram staining, physiological and biochemical tests and growth curve determination, the five strains were identified preliminarily, which provided a theoretical foundation for further exploring of the effect of algae control on algicidal bacteria.
