摘　　要：建立专业化、职业化的调解员是医疗纠纷调解制度的发展方向,实行异地鉴定机制是保证鉴定结论公正的必要条件。此外,医疗纠纷调解委员会要能持续开展工作,还必须得到政府的有力支持。并且,医疗调解法律制度要与诉讼相衔接,才能保证调解协议的法律效力。According to the author＇s viewpoints,establishment of specialized and professional mediator teams is the development direction of medical dissention mediation system.Meanwhile,implementation of separate identification system is the necessary condition ensuring impartial identification conclusions.In addition,the medical dissention mediation committee can only persistently carry out its work under the strong support from government organization.Finally,the medical dissention mediation system must be combined with lawsuit for the guarantee of legal force of mediation agreement.
