摘　　要：合同诈骗行为不仅严重危害了我国的社会主义市场经济秩序,并且国家经济利益、集体经济利益以及个人的经济利益也都受到了非常严重的侵害。所以,我们要对合同诈骗犯罪问题进行研究,这是一个非常重要的社会问题,具有很强的实践意义。文章通过搜集查阅大量文献资料,挖掘出引发合同诈骗犯罪的原因,并在此基础上提出了标本兼治的预防策略。Criminal behaviors relating to contractual fraud not only pose severe threats to the order of China＇ s so- cialist market economy, but also tend to gravely undermine national, collective and individual economic interests. Therefore, efforts need to be marshaled to investigate into crimes of contractual fraud, a better clarification of which is of both vital social ramifications and strong practical significance. By collecting and delving into a great deal of literature, the paper attempts to unveil the criminal causes of contractual fraud, based on which relevant counter- measures are also proposed addressing both symptoms and root causes of contractual fraud.
