摘  要:教师职业是具有内在生命体认和外在服务价值的有机统一体。关注教师生命发展既是对教师职业生命的关怀,也是中国基础教育改革的内在逻辑要求。在教师职业发展过程中,对教师生命发展遮蔽不仅会导致教师职业自我意识的迷失,也会造成教师创造性的丧失以及思维方式的确定化和程序化。只有关注教师生命发展的过程性、关系性和整体性,才能促使教师在改变教育实践的过程中不断丰富完善自己的理论、转变自己的思维方式,使自身的教学生命不断得到滋养和提升,从而使教师的职业充满职业活力。The teaching profession is one which organically unites teachers' intrinsic life cognition and their extrin- sic service value. Paying attention to the sustenance of teacher vitality not only manifests the care shown for impro- ving teachers' vocational vitality but also reflects the intrinsic logical requirement of the fundamental educational re- form in China. In the vocational development process, negligence over the sustenance of teacher vitality would not only result in teachers losing their vocational self-consciousness but also give rise to other pressing problems such as enervation of teachers' creativity and proceduralization in teachers' modes of thinking. Thereby, only through lay- ing store by the process, relations and integrity of the sustenance of teacher vitality can teachers be inspired and motivated to gradually improve and perfect their teaching theories based on routine teaching practices and change their modes of thinking so as to renew and replenish their vigor and vitality on a constant basis.
