摘　　要：目的 :探讨非洲淋巴细胞瘤病毒编码小 RNA (EBER- 1)在胃癌中表达及与组织学类型的关系。方法 :应用 EBER- 1的原位分子杂交技术对 10 0例胃癌进行检测。结果 :10 0例胃癌中有 2例 EBER- 1呈阳性表达 ,其中1例为管状腺癌 ,1例为低分化腺癌。 2例均有淋巴细胞浸润倾向 ,与组织学类型无关。结论 :EB病毒相关胃癌占胃癌的比率 (2 % )低于日本 (7%～ 11% )和北美 (16 % )Objective:Our paper was designed to explore the geneses mechanism of Epstein Barr virus associated with gastric carcinoma. Methods: We tested the Epstein Barr virus encoded small RNA 1(EBER 1) for 100 cases of gastric carcinoma by in situ hybridization (ISH). Results: In 100 cases of gastric carcinoma, there were 2 casesofgastriccarcinomaincluding one tubular carcinoma and one poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma showed EBER 1 positive. These 2 cases were accompanied with lymphocytes infiltration. The expression of EBER 1 was not related to histological classification. Conclusion:The ratio of Epstein Barr virus associated with gastric carcinoma to the gastric carcinomas was 2%, which was lower than that in Japan(7%～11%) and North America (16%), respectively.
