摘　　要：目的 :观察粘蛋白糖链抗原 ST- 4- 39在肺癌组织中的表达情况 ,探讨 ST- 4- 39抗原与肺癌组织学类型及分化程度的关系。方法 :应用单克隆抗体 ST- 4- 39及 S- P免疫组化染色方法 ,对 5 8例肺癌标本 ,进行糖链抗原ST- 4- 39的检测。结果 :癌周正常肺组织中 ,ST- 4- 39抗原表达阴性。肺癌组织中 ST- 4- 39抗原的表达阳性率为74%。在不同组织学类型肺癌组织中 ,ST- 4- 39抗原阳性表达率分别为鳞癌 5 3% ,腺癌 97% ,大细胞癌 6 0 %、小细胞癌 0 %。鳞癌与腺癌差异性显著 (P <0 .0 1)。在不同组织分化程度的鳞癌中 ,ST- 4- 39抗原阳性表达率为 :高分化6 9%、低分化 33%、未分化 0 %。在不同分化程度的腺癌中 ,高分化 10 0 %、低分化 10 0 %、未分化 5 0 %。结论 :ST- 4-39抗原表达与肺癌组织分型有关 ;ST- 4-Objective:The paper was to observe the distribution of ST 4 39 antigen in lung carcinoma and study the relationship between the expression of ST 4 39 antigen and histologic differentiation, histologic patterns of lung carcinoma.Methods:To determine the existence of ST 4 39 antigen in lung carcinoma, formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissues from 58 cases of various histologic patterns of lung carcinomas were studied using a monoclonal antibody ST 4 39 and immunohistochemical technique. Results:The positive rate of ST 4 39 antigen in squamous cell lung carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, large cell lung carcinoma, and small cell lung carcinoma was 53%, 97%, 60%, and 0% respectively. While well differentiated, moderately differentiated, and poorly defferentiated adenocarcinomas showed positive reactions to antibody ST 4 39 from 100% to 50% of cases, positive reactivity in squamous cell lung carcinoma of well differentiation, moderate differentiation and poor differentiation was from 69% to 0%. Conclusion: ST 4 39 antigen can be a tumor marker of lung carcinoma. The expression of ST 4 39 antigen is relevant to histologic patterns of lung carcinoma. High expression of ST 4 39 antigen seems to correlate positively with histologic differentiation of lung carcinoma. The antigen may play an important role in assessing the differentiation of lung carcinoma.
