摘  要:目的 :探索小肠移植膀胱后对不同剂量 N-丁基 - N- (4-羟基丁基 )亚硝胺 (N- butyl- N- (4- hydroxybutyl)nitrosam ine,BBN)诱发大鼠膀胱肿瘤的影响。方法 :空肠移植膀胱 (空肠组 ) ,回肠移植膀胱组 (回肠组 ) ,未手术组(对照组 )进行不同剂量 BBN诱发膀胱肿瘤实验。低剂量 BBN给药群共 9只 ,其中回肠组 5只 ,对照组 4只 ;高剂量BBN给药群共 17只 ,其中空肠组 5只 ,回肠组 6只 ,对照组 6只。结果 :所有移植到膀胱上的小肠段除空肠组 1只外 ,均未发生肿瘤 ;所有大鼠膀胱组织均有肿瘤发生 ,但手术组肿瘤分化程度较好。结论 :小肠与膀胱组合后对 BBN诱发大鼠膀胱肿瘤有抑制倾向 ,这种倾向在高、低剂量Objective:This paper was to study the effect of small intestine transplanted bladder on the induction of bladder tumor of rat by different of N butyl N (4 hydroxybutyl) nitrosamine (BBN). Methods:The following three groups of rats were induced with bladder tumor by different dose of BBN: (1) Part of jejunum was transplanted to the bladder (jejunum transplanted group); (2) Part of ileum was transplanted to the bladder (ileum transplanted group); (3) Control group: without any operation. Low dose of BBN was given to 9 rats including 5 of ileum transplanted group and 4 of control group. High dose of BBN was given to 17 rats including 5 of jejunum transplanted group, 6 of ileum transplanted group, and 6 of control group. Results:Except for one rat with transplanted jejunum, no tumor was found in the small intestines which were transplanted to the bladders of rats. Tumors were found in the bladder of all rats. Conclusion: The transplantation of small intestine to bladder had an inhibitive inclination to the induction of bladder tumor by BBN in rats, and this inclination has no obvious difference between low dose of BBN group and high dose.
