摘　　要：简述面向成本设计(Design for cost,DFC)的概念以及我国光伏设备行业的现状,并将DFC理论应用于PECVD设备设计开发过程,对概念设计阶段、详细设计阶段、制造组装阶段等进行指导,提高国产品牌PECVD设备的市场竞争力。Brief described the concept of Design for Cost （DFC） and the current situation of domestic solar equipment industry. This paper provides an integrated DFC theory to the PECVD equipment design process.To enhance the market competition of PECVD＂ equipment,the theory should be consider in the whole process from conceptual design stage, Detail Design stage to manufacture and assemble stage.
