培养医学生医学伦理职业操守的探究

摘　　要：医学职业操守是从医人员所应遵循的道德底线和行业规范。针对目前我国医学院校医德教育过程中,教育目标制定不合理、课程设置不平衡、教育主体认识不够、社会环境和个别从教医师不良行为的负面影响等问题,提出培养医学生医学伦理操守需要:增强医学生的主体意识,培养人文品质;实行全过程、全方位的医学生职业操守培养;创造良好的育人环境,发挥组织文化的育人功能;提高教师的职业道德修养,发挥榜样示范作用。Medical professional ethics is the moral bottom line and standards that all the medical personnel should follow. There are many problems exist in the medical ethics education in present medical colleges, such as the education objectives is not reasonable, the curriculum is imbalance, education subject awareness is not enough, negative influences from social environment and some medical teachers＂ bad behaviors and so forth. Some sugges- tions were put forward on cultivating medical students＇medical ethics, that is, to strengthen the medical studentg ethical consciousness, cultivate their humanistic quality; to carry out the whole process, full range of medical students＂ professional ethics construction ; to create a good educational environment, fully play the roles of organiza- tion culture in the education; to improve the teacherg professional moral accomplishment, play the role of medical professional ethical models.
