摘　　要：失能老人照护服务需要专业性和高素质的人才,加强专业人才培养势在必行。全日制学历教育、订单式学历教育与资格证培训、大众传媒导引等途径,构成了失能老人照护服务人才培养的基本模式。伦理学的职业责任、互助合作、敬业精业、关怀照顾与忍让精神等,是提升失能老人照护服务人才综合素质的内在基础。Providing care services for disabled elders requires professional personnel,, so that it is imperative to strengthen the professional training. Personnel training mode of care services for disabled elders consists of full - time academic education, order education and certification training, mass media guide and so on. The professional responsibility, cooperation and mutual assistance, dedicated System, care and patience spirit of ethics are internal bases to improve the comprehensive quality of personnel who provide care services for disabled elders.
