摘　　要：知情同意既有促进医患沟通、实现医患和谐的工具价值,又有尊重患者尊严的目的价值。知情同意的产生打破了医学史上无患者参与医疗决策的"沉默"。然而,在实践中却遭遇到前所未有的困惑与挑战,使部分医师与患者无所适从,甚至被斥为失去医患间信任的罪魁祸首。而细化操作、司法指引、教育培训是走出这一困境、建立和谐医患关系的基本途径。Informed consent has both practical value of promoting the doctors - patients＂ communication to a chieve the harmonious relationship and the objective value of respecting for patients＇dignity. It broke the silent situ ation of no patient involvement in medical decision- making in history. However, it has encountered an unprece dented bewilderment and challenge in practice. It made some doctors and patients feel annoyed and lost. It was e ven said to be responsible for losing trust between doctors and patients. However, refining; operation, being guided by laws and educate and training may be the basic way out for this predicament and establishing harmonious doctor natient relationshin.
